Well maintained property

un acceptable upkeep
July 5, 2023The apartments look nice from the outside. the upkeep is atrocious they don't service the A/C yearly. poor job making the apartment ready to move in. Every other month something beak down and need maintenance attention. we have been without a/c for almost 2 weeks without resolution. yet they still place notice to vacate on the door demanding 2nd half of the rent payment. when the appliances break when management act/insinuate as if we don't know how to operate the appliances instead of fixing it ...correctly in the first place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not Safe
January 13, 2023The apartment complex was not safe. Some of our stuff was taken from the patio and the front door. Even one day we found our car’s windshield broken and the office didn’t take any responsibility and just told us to call the insurance. Also they didn’t show us the apartment before we moved in and it wasn’t similar to what they told us.Review from Apartments.com
Parking
December 18, 2021Parking is difficult. People allow visitors and family visiting to park here for days at a time People with more than on car keep the car they do drive parked for many weeks and at times months with their car covered before and then switch out the other car for the same amount of time. People store their cars here covered for weeks at a time. People create parks spots, making is difficult foe other to get in and out of parking spots. People save park spots for others. There are broken cars ...here with Bella Parking permits in the window that has been parked/ stored here for almost a year. People park in red and yellow zones and in front of dumpsters. Do not recommend renting a first floor apartment here. Run far away!

Wonderful Experience!
July 3, 2021Living here was such a dream! My husband and I relocated to EP due to the military, and from start to final day we loved it. Not only were they very accommodation (our 4lb, 14 year old Pomeranian and I relocated from Maui without seeing the apartment and property, so I was going off of my husbands impression and the communication from management), but they were very responsive to all our needs. I am not sure about the experiences of the other negative reviews, but when I gave constructive ...feedback I was always met with a positive 'can-do' attitude! The people who manage the property are just that; people. They do their best, and do well with a little grace and understanding. For the most part, all service requests were addressed quickly, maintenance and the landscaping crew were always working, and worst case there was a few day wait in between. The property is very secure (don't want to tell you how many times I forgetfully left my door open or unlocked... not even mentioning doing the same thing with my car, lol! Drove my husband a bit crazy, but we were blessed with a secure property.) We moved here during COVID, so there were not as many community events. But that didn't stop Mal from running little entry-way decorating contests, or dropping off themed goodies on holidays! She even hosted a lovely socially-distanced event with local Opera performers! Truly next level. Moving out was a seamless process, and since I had done periodic deep cleaning and maintenance (even carpet cleaning after a few months, due to having an older puppers), we even got back some of our $200 deposit back! I have worked property management before and that is pretty unheard of, especially when one has pets. To sum it up, I personally believe you get out what you put into the community you live in. My husband and I are homebodies, and adored every moment in our lovely apartment. The community was lovely; everyone was friendly and respectful, and management honestly cared and did their best to nurture a community and property they themselves wanted to reside in. <3 If we end up here in EP, we would love to return!
