June 15, 2023Newest manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Alters payment history files, adds extra charges. Denies any explanation to costumers and brags about being friends with all her company supervisors. HR doesn’t pay attention to retaliation complaints and doesn’t direct reports accordingly. Not mentioning all the lawsuits against the management company.Review from Apartments.com
