I've lived here over 6 months.
They don't answer phone calls, emails, and maintenance will take for ever to help.

I have been here for 5 months and the manager never show up. My dishwasher it does not work for a month and they can not change it. Since I came here I don't have a drawer kitchen and I am asking for it and they always an excuse.
Nobody works on weekends and if you have a problem, you can not contact nobody for fix it. I have right now a problem in my bath and I can't do nothing because this people does not work on Saturdays and Sunday's

Poor Construction

This property has poor construction. Our counter top fell off several times, and the floor is buckeling due to humidity. Don’t move here.

Sad to say that after 2 months of moving out I get calls from collections possibly affecting my credit score over the sheer ineptitude of office staff of being transparent and lacking communication. 2 months prior to move in I spoke with the manager about moving out and was told that I should give a written notice however she never specified or stressed the importance of timeliness to get it done. The next month I pay my last month of rent on our 12 month lease and this time I talk to jessica ...
(not the manager) and I tell her the situation and I apologize and am understanding if there is a penalty however she says she will take care of it. One month after move out date I call to see the status of my deposit ($250) and I get told I'll be called back but that it takes about 30-45 business days to receive the deposit which is absurd but fail to mention anything of a collection due. Now nearly 2 months after move out I get calls from collections asking for basically a full months of rent. First of all I understand my fault in the matter however a full months of rent as a penalty is insane and not to mention the fact that this all could've been communicated in person is irritating and extremely unprofessional. I dont like the idea of paying 780 dollars when I wasn't even living there but I'd pay it knowing my faults especially when this could've all been avoided or at least warned about when I was still there not half way across the country 2 months later. Cowardice, stupidity, and lack of communication. As for the amenities this place is okay but given the impotence of office staff I recommend to stay far away from here. Not to mention they also jumped up prices while we were still living there mid way through our lease.
