The location and place itself are fine, but management is really lacking. They don't communicate well, they outright refuse to answer my phone calls and emails, and they prefer not to work with us on getting things taken care of. If maintenance is being done on the building, we rarely hear about it and we never hear if work has been completed or what steps have been taken. It's hard to trust the place you live in if they won't talk to you.
