INFESTED
January 30, 2023Don’t do it. This place is roach infested, the owners and lease managers are rude and unhelpful…. They raise the rent without even remodeling/renovating anything, lined here for a year and was uncomfortable the entire time, had to throw out 90% of my belongings so that the roaches wouldn’t follow me. Their is also a huge net, fly, maggot problem as wellReview from Apartments.com
Code Enforcement Nightmare
September 13, 2022Only lived here a year. Called code enforcement twice and they condemned 2 of the properties. The roach infestation is something I've never seen before. I moved and they still followed me because there's so many. Huge water issues (my toilet not working for a week) and maintenance is useless. I'm not writing this out of spite but as a plea to people to not live here. It felt horrible coming home every day and having nothing to do about it.Review from Apartments.com
