I lived at Belleau woods for almost 4 years. I loved my apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The management was great. Always friendly. I ended up moving closer to the family and now regret it. I was happy at Belleau Woods and would love to live there again

All of the negative reviews are true. The disrepair, rats, crime are all frequent issues. This place has not been maintained in years and its very apparent. My husband has severe asthma and we have been waiting for a year for them to remedy water damage and mold from old broken windows. Rents go up nearly 100 dollars every lease renewal. They lose your money and then charge late fees. Repairs often consist of telling you nothing is wrong, or stealing random possessions to fix things. When our ...

refrigerator stopped working, it took them 3 days to bring another one (straight out of the junkyard). Walls are so thin that you can hear every conversation from all your neighbors, hope you like rap music at 2 am. Besides the structural issues (which are plentiful), the crime is outrageous as well. There is no security in place, frequent car break ins, and overdoses and other unsafe situations from people wandering in off the streets. There is now a Facebook page dedicated to petitioning for security, since management would have to spend money to make this place safer for their residents, and fixing things is not their bag. Multiple professionals have said this place should be condemned, and they're not wrong. Since speaking out I have faced retaliation from management sending erroneous threatening letters with bogus claims about our tenancy. Please for your own sanity stay far far away from this place, and if you live here and have been wronged, please speak up!!

This place is horrible. Apartment shakes every time someone closes a door. Construction work is happening on a few of the buildings but once they are done it looks mismatched. The new siding is a different color then the old siding. Glass from lights and fire extinguishers are often broken and never fixed. There is no security at all. People are shooting up in the parking garage and leaving their needles laying around. This has been reported to management and nothing has been done. Cars have ...

I would advise you not to rent here. These people are money hungry and will charge you bogus fees consistently. The apartments are poorly built and you will be able to hear conversations of your neighbors through the wall. If you enjoy relaxation and would prefer your walls to not shake when people walk above you, then you should definitely not rent here. At one point in time, the building I am in was rotting from the inside and workers spent 1-2 months basically rebuilding the entire structure. ...

The construction workers said it was one of the worst cases they had ever seen. And they will increase your rent, just because they feel like it. If you live on the Northwest side, be prepared to hear people scream and shout at each other through your open windows. There is constant turnover with office staff, which tells me that their working conditions are no better than our living conditions.

The Clean Pet Friendly areas and provided poopy bags provided makes this place like home for me and my dog. Whenever there is a maintenance issue it is corrected immediately, with a maintenance person who is on call 24 hours with a willing attitude to come out no matter what. The grounds are kept clean and manicured with flowering bushes and trees in the Spring. The Management personnel is very courteous to our needs. Grocery stores, fast foods, restaurants. access in walking distance. I am talking 1 to 3 short blocks. .At any given time deer are in your yard and the Snow covered Mt Baker is a beautiful look in the distance . Within 10 mins or less driving you are at the ocean, lakes, streams and Parks that have waterfalls. The beauty of the trees and distance hills and mountains is a wonderful visual as well. Great place to live.
