April 15, 2024You will regret it. Don’t believe these pictures, the amenities, any of it. It is all a lie and they are very nasty in the rental office once you ask any questions and the maintenance and pest control is non existing. They will over charge you with rent , do not move here you will regret it.Property Manager Responded

Customer Service is horrible

Great place to stay

Quiet and Affordable
August 25, 2015I have been living here at Bellemont Victoria 1 since 2009 and i must say it has truly been a great 6 years here. The office staff members are very nice and usually address any service needs abruptly! The apartments are very roomy and very, very affordable! I think it is an excellent location for college students since it is located about 10-15 mins from both Southern Univ and LSU! Many people would be hesitant to consider this apartment complex, as I was, due to the location, but I can honestly ...say that it is very quiet and more than i expected. Floorplans are very spacious, plenty of parking and lighting, cameras, and security patrol during evening hours.
