It is all a lie and they are very nasty in the rental office once you ask any questions and the maintenance and pest control is non existing. August 25, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living here at Bellemont Victoria 1 since 2009 and i must say it has truly been a great 6 years here. The office staff members are very nice and usually address any service needs abruptly! The apartments are very roomy and very, very affordable! I think it is an excellent location for college students since it is located about 10-15 mins from both Southern Univ and LSU! Many people would be hesitant to consider this apartment complex, as I was, due to the location, but I can honestly ...say that it is very quiet and more than i expected. Floorplans are very spacious, plenty of parking and lighting, cameras, and security patrol during evening hours. I can honestly say Bellemont Victoria 1 Apts should definitely considered during your apt search.Read More
