DISGUSTING
May 22, 2023Management is crappy that’s why the property stinks of poop because theirs poop everywhere. ( protect your Jordan’s) they property isn’t really horrible if you like a green pool. 4 days a week I look out the window to green. No grounds or maintenance people. Had a five day leak it took 60 days for them to fix the problem that developed to mold.Review from Apartments.com
RUN!
May 4, 2021This is the trashiest and loudest place I've ever lived. Huge droves of children roam, screaming their heads off with no supervision at all. I see them spray painting the lot, constantly throwing rocks and swinging pipes. It's like some kind of twisted never land, kids of all ages and massive numbers. Usually about 10 to 15 outside my window at any given time. I can't wait until my lease is up, this place was a huge mistake. The insanity outside is enough but there's also crime. My uhaul was ...broken into while parking it overnight here. Fortunately I counted on it being robbed so I didn't lose anything of value. Couldn't have asked for a better place
September 15, 2017Where do I start? I am a single mom of 4 and a couple of weeks ago my children and I packed up what we had and moved to Texas. As soon as we arrived this was one of the first places we stopped. And I am beyond happy I did. As soon as we walked in...I explained that my children and I just arrived here and needed a place to stay. The office manager, Shannon was more than willing to help. She explained that she didn't have anything available at the time...but would have an apartment opening ...soon. She invited my kids and I to go to the pool or the park just so we could try and unwind from the 18 hour ride we just made. She also provided me with a list of places and numbers for assistance to help me get on my feet. Shannon and Christina kept in touch with me, checking on my children and I until the apartment came available. After about a week we were able to get our leased signed and get moved in. I never read the reviews to this place until after I moved in...and I'm happy I didn't. From my experience...this place is NOTHING like the reviews. My apartment was clean, the property is very well kept. The complex is located right in the middle of everything. The highschool and elementary school are within walking distance as well as the recreation center. I have had nothing but positive experiences since I moved in. If your looking for a place....even if it's not here....visit the place...try and talk to some of the people living there...don't just only go by the reviews. You have to remember...people are quick to write a bad review if something isn't going their way or they're unhappy in any way...it just sucks because the people that do have a positive experience never talk about it. Wouldn't recommend
August 22, 2017Since day one we have had many issues with this place. We have had someone run into our apartment , their is constant violence, and the community is obnoxious. I would not recommend this place. There was also a shooting here not to long ago.Review from Apartments.com

July 20, 2015my family are new to the area. It' s amazing on how word travels about needed a place to reside. So many people told me about red hills villas. I love it. It's home.
