Management is horrible. I have put in multiple service requests and have to wait weeks if not a month for things to get fixed if the problem gets fixed at all. Tried to get a working dryer months ago and still have not, I have to hang my clothes to dry. Flooding problems. Bug problems. Parking problems, everyone is supposed to have their own spot and will do nothing if someone else parks in your spot. This place is complete trash. As well as people in the office they do not care. It’s “cheap” ...

rent for a reason. Homeless living in the ally and will go through the dumpster leaving trash all over the parking lot.

If I could leave this place 0 stars, I would. I am a CURRENT resident, and please take my advice, DO NOT RENT HERE. For starters management (both at the property level and corporate level) are rude and condescending. I have witnessed about every horrible occasion here, including: BUGS, flooding, fighting for a washer and dryer (even though it clearly states they provide one), and now my car getting stolen (from my assigned parked spot). They do not care about you, your mental or physical ...

well-being, and I HIGHLY do not recommend wasting your time and money here.

Outdated, Overpriced, Unsafe

Pros: N/A Cons: Units are severely outdated. - Broken AC, washer/dryer, oven - No supports on shelving so they sag and fall - damaged flooring and baseboards - Maintenance staff is basically non-existent -Small items such as toilet paper roll holder not installed. Overpriced - Your surrounded on 3 sides by similarly priced but better apartments. -Small unit size for price Unsafe - Common domestic disturbances require police to come - Residents will threaten you. - Residents throw their trash ...

all over including the top of the stair well so the liquid runs down the stairs and hand rail. The office staff ignores phone calls and voicemails. Submitting work orders via the online portal does nothing. Stay away!!!

I have lived in these apartments for about 3 months now and I enjoy staying here. The area is very nice and is practically in downtown. The apartments are managed very well and are very helpful when it comes to and questions or concerns I may have. There is also assigned parking which is a plus for me. The people who stay in the complex are very nice and friendly. This place definitely makes me feel at home.
