I’ve been living here for almost 10 months now and I wanted to share my experience for anyone looking into this property since it’s been years since someone has left a review.
Pros: cheap rent for location w/ water included. Small community, everyone pretty much knows everyone. Appliances are upgraded. Service requests get completed rather quickly.
Cons: Walls are paper thin so expect to hear conversations through the wall, dogs barking non stop and stomping (if you’re on the first floor like ...
myself). Not to mention cars, ambulances and fire truck as your right by the fire station. Also, about 80% of the residents here have pets and don’t EVER pick up after them. There is loads of poop all in the parking area even though they have a bag station RIGHT THERE. Also, if you’re looking for a safe community, this is probably not the best option for you. There is always homeless people and crackheads roaming around the property and especially hanging around the property’s dumpster looking for scraps and/or peeing. Not to mention, the side “emergency door” is always unlocked and left open. Another thing to look out for, ROACHES. Ive had maintenance spray it down however, THEY ARE BACK.
