November 16, 2023Do not move here. It's awful. They have insect issues! The walls and ceilings are super thin as paper. Enjoy hearing a neighbor cough or taking a bath, you will hear it all. This place does not care about noise complaints as well. This place has rotting appliances, cabinets, walls, floors, you name it. It's worth living here. Absolutely trash.Review from Apartments.com
Not a good place to live!!
August 30, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I in lived these apartments from July 9,2020 until I moved out in July 31, 2021. Living here the past year has been the worst experience ever!! From the neighbors across the hall that the police had to frequently visit, and the neighbors under my apartment always fighting, getting rest was not easy to do. When I first moved in, I gave the office a list of things that needed to be repaired. In one of the bedrooms, one of the electric outlets did not work, they never came to fix ...it. The repair man came to fix the electric stove 6 times and it still did not work properly. My washing machine started having issues in early July 2021, they never came to fix that either. When it came time to move out after 1 year, they charged me $145 to supposedly clean the carpet in the apartment in order not to have to give me my full deposit back. So out of a $200 deposit they only gave me $55 back. I lived there alone with no pets, there were no stains on the carpet at all. I even vacuumed the carpet and left lines and everything. When I first moved in, I vacuumed a lot of pet hair up out of the carpet from the previous renter. I would not recommend anyone to move here!! I am so very disappointed with living at Bennington Ridge Apartment this time. I previously lived here from 2010 to 2015 and the management was great then. Worst place to rent
September 20, 2018Lived there for 2yrs. The place is full of dog poop everywhere. They change management like diapers. They have the worst maintenance that don't what are they doing and never on time, they Never replace anything no matter how bad is. My ac broke it took them days to fix it. Office staff are rude very unprofessional. Very few parking spot unless you pay. They enter your apartment anytime they want sometimes even without a notice. After 2yrs of misery I moved out they charged me over 500 for ...cleaning and maintenance. Everything was exaggerated when I tried to talk to supervisor they end up taking me to collection. I don't recommend anybody to this place it's run by crooks.Property Manager Responded

Cute Little Apartment
April 25, 2018Maintenance gets to requests in a timely manner. Office staff is very polite and handles all issues professionally and respectfully. Lots of closet space, overall a quiet community and lots of lighting in the parking lot so you feel safe. I would highly recommend living here!Property Manager Responded

Be Careful About Living Here
February 10, 2016I wouldn't recommend living here. I had trouble with maintenance fixing a molding ceiling. When they didn't fix it, it started dripping water. We called emergency maintenance to fix this, went on vacation and came back to find nothing had been done. I had to convince the manager to look at (she thought it was a leaking roof) and then we had 2 weeks with a hole in our bathroom ceiling. For our trouble they offered nothing, I had to ask about a rent concession. We had another incident and ...decided to end our lease. They have not worked with us at all about ending the lease and the communication has been terrible. It takes a week to get a response from the manager. August 12, 2015This quiet smaller apartment complex is very centrally located about 20 minutes to most anything our beautiful city has to offer like the Power & Light District, downtown KC or the Plaza's and Zona Rosa's many fine restaurants and shopping. It's right near 2 major interstates for easy access. The grounds are well maintained and lots of room to walk your pooch here or in the newly renovated park across the street. The apartments are spacious with a washer/dryer in each unit. There's also a ...pool and sand volleyball court tucked in the back for privacy.
