I rented for 3 years and never late on my rent. The maintenance is horrible. Nothing and I mean nothing was ever fixed. I had a hole in the balcony from the day I moved in . very dangerous, dishwasher never worked,I used it for my pots and pans. I dealt with that for 3 years and they said they wasn't going to renew my lease and said they didn't have to give me a reason. Do not rent from them. I moved out because I had no choice..my lease was up and they said I could not renew..now they want 1800 ...
