Enjoy almost all aspects of residing here. Would like to see some bench type seating added in dog park to make it more dog owner friendly. The only significant downside to the community is the presence of trash bins. It appears an effort has been made to get residents to move the bins from the sidewalk, but they remain unsightly. The double car garages have adequate space to store bins, but the single ones do not. The apartment complex across the road has a central disposal area which does ...
away with the need for bins. Addition of this feature would greatly enhance the appearance of the community.

So far it’s great! Good community , good neighbors. I feel safe walking my fur baby around the community. I also like the fire pit and bbq grills and the pool. I like that it is a gated community too.

New community and while the townhomes are comfortable and new inside, the community is not well maintained. The landscaping and construction leaves a lot to be desired. A year later and still the amenities are not open or working. Under new ownership/management so hopefully things will improve for a brand new community.
