We really like living here.
June 11, 2019This is our 3rd apartment in Berkshire. Everytime our lease is next to expire we try to look around just to try something new and we always end up here. It is pretty convenient, close to everything, good amenities and all for a very fair price. Trying to move out of here is paying more for less. It has its downsides as well, hallways are quite dirty and the pool is very crowded during the summer; that's nice if you are single and young but not that much when you have a baby like us. However, we ...do like living here. Maintenance is very quick to respond, management are very friendly, we have parcel pending which is the best thing you can have for your packages and unlike other reviews say, we've rarely heard our neighbors and we know there are kids in the apartment that's above us. I love living here!
November 7, 2016I can not have picked a better property to live. It is very well kept and the staff is amazing. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that I may have, and the home was cleaned perfectly. I do not hear my neighbors and the parking lot at night is very quiet. The amenities are really great, and the fitness center is very convenient. Everything is in a less than 5 mile radius and I love that about this location. September 15, 2016Overall the complex is great. Good apartments with good amenities. It's got a HUGE dog park so it's great if you have dogs. Very quiet and close to everything. The only complaint I have is that it's got a large dog park which is a huge attraction for many looking to rent, but there's nothing else to it. There's no water which is very frustrating, no shade, and if you have a small dog it will be able to slip through the fence. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10.Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015Affordable Luxury living in the Dallas Medical District, with great amenities (Swimming Pool, Dog park, Conference center, Gym and more). This complex gives you the feel of living in Uptown with out the Uptown price, because of the close proximity and view of the Skyline. Berkshire was conveniently placed to allow access to the DART & TRE as well as Kroger, CVS, Starbucks, Maple & Motor and more within a walks reach. Berkshire is a open, quiet property with helpful management that is always ...willing to work with the tenant. If you are searching for a great place to stay I would recommend Berkshire, because it is truly different from the rest. Take it from someone who has stayed at several complexes around the Downtown Dallas area.... August 14, 2015I really love the apartments where I live, the only think I'm not happy about it, is the big open parking lot. August 14, 2015Everything & anything you need is walking distance. From a transit station to grocery store, restaurants, TWU & even Starbucks. My job is just 5 minutes away which makes it really convenient for me. The staff is always ontop of any issues you may have & makes sure any maintenance needs are met. Only issue I have is how thin the walls are. I can hear my neighbors talk, vaccum & watch tv but only when it's really quiet on my side of the wall. They recently installed security cameras around the ...entire apartment complex due to car break ins. Didnt happen often but I'm very glad they turned the security up a notch because it does make the residents feel safer. The dog park is also a great feature. Not only is it off-leash safe, but its also pretty spacious. The pool is my favorite! It's HUGE & everyone is there for the same reason, to relax & have a good time. Close to Everything
August 14, 2015I love being in the Medical District because it is close to everything; Tollway, 35E, Lovefield Airport, 183, Lemmon Ave, Uptown, and not far from 75! Our apartment is very cozy and we have made it home for the past two years!!Review from Apartments.com
Berkshire Medical District
July 23, 2015Great place, mostly positive with great maintenance. The office works to ensure everyone is happy and will go above an beyond to fix any issue. The one down side is kinda thin walls. We don't hear our neighbors much but sometimes if they are loud you can. The pool and dog park are nice and big. Apartment pools usually are small but this is designed to allow for lots of little groups. The dog park is more than just a little potty place.
