May 20, 2016The owners of the Beverly Apartments are extremely inconsiderate and ridiculous. Not allowing "family" to park on resident parking is beyond stupid! As long as "family" and "friends" are not parking on unauthorized spaces, should not be a problem. It seems like the owners of Beverly Apartments have the money to spend to hire tow tucks to tow "family" cars instead of putting the money into what is really needed in those apartments is beyond ridiculous. I would really think twice to anyone ...looking into renting an apartment in such a ludicrous. Tenants are constantly having rat/mouse infestation and stair cases are literally falling apart but lets spend the money on tow trucks instead......Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
