There are three children that live in said conditions, and they can't be bothered to do anything except display false sympathy while spending the monthly budget on frivolous cosmetic repairs while people are actively suffering. On top of that, they like to wait until they think you're not home, so they can let themselves in and go through your things. Management is poor at best, and clearly is inexperienced at management. Don't tell them that though. Because if you press any of these issues, it will be taken as a personal attack, and you'll "hurt their feelings". Because apparently speaking sternly about an issue that has went unsolved and ignored is considered out of line by these backwards individuals. It's comparable to dealing with toddlers. They claim to want to make this place better, but they act in such a manner that would convey the opposite of that sentiment. Don't waste your money.
