August 14, 2017It's a month to month leas and there is a rent increase every six months. The complex isn't updated. In addition starting September 1st if you have more than one car you have to pay an additional 50.00 to park in the parking lot where you live!!! The washers and dryers don't always work and I never see the manager. I'm looking to move ASAP.Property Manager Responded
