I lived at Bishop for about a year and a half, and my boyfriend lived there for about a year with me. It was incredible, mainly because of the landlord Todd and his crew. We moved cities and man I am already missing Bishop so much. Everything worked. Literally like there were VERY few problems we ever had to call maintenance for. Issues were rare but were always solved immediately. Appliances ALWAYS worked and were clean. And man was that place bug free. We moved out almost 2 months ago and have ...
noticed about 3-4 times as many bugs in our new place in the last 2 MONTHS than the number of bugs we EVER saw at Bishop in 1.5 YEARS with our balcony door OPEN often. At Bishop, you get SO much better service than at ANY other apartment (especially from large companies) and for the amazing price, convenience, services, etc. I cannot recommend Bishop Properties enough. Todd keeps it well and takes care of his tenants.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost two years now and we love it. The landlord (Todd) is so nice and is always available to help when needed. Rent price is a steal for this location!

Lived here with my now-wife from 2016 through summer 2020. Very convenient location. Maintenance and the landlord (Todd) were always quick to help with any problems, big or small. Upstairs apartments can get quite a bit warmer than the first floor ones during the summer, but it's a very agreeable tradeoff considering they come with cathedral ceilings.
Would absolutely rent here again!
