Couldn't be worse
January 13, 2025The building is poorly managed, and was seemingly put together by contractors who were either drunk on the job or just wildly incompetent. Most units have problems with their appliances and ownership is unwilling to take care of the units, claiming that everything is "new". There was also a recent fire in the back of the building that ruined the view for most of the back-facing units. Finally, the front units have been mostly filled with the partying type of 20 somethings who like to live dorm ...style and trash their units and leave 5 or 10 lime scooters strewn all over the front of the building on the weekends. September 18, 2024Brand new apartment units in an excellent location. Walking distance to 3rd Street shops, restaurants, and gyms. Units are spacious with up to date kitchen appliances and modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Great living experience so far.Review from Apartments.com
