If you want your peace of mind, do not rent from these people! I’ve been here for almost 4 years! My first unit a cabinet fell out of the wall, it had major leaks and the hot water wasn’t working! I was moved to another unit! EVEN WORST! That unit didn’t have no heat! It took them until March of 2022to fix my heat from October 2021! The roaches and mice are out of this world! I had to throw away a lot of me and my sons clothing bags and bags of clothes! My furniture is getting destroyed by the ...

mice! I can’t use my fridge cause the roaches own it! How do they get into your fridge! I went to court and the lawyer and property manager was nasty and racist! They treated me so bad in that court room when I’m the victim! He didn’t see no one my videos none of my pictures my evidence! PLEASE THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO COME! I currently see a therapist just for being in this place! I can’t sleep! I don’t want to eat in here! I barely want to return home some days! This place has really stole my peace! Your home is suppose to be your sanctuary! This has been a nightmare! These are the projects of Mt.Airy! I can’t wait for this nightmare to be over! Getting my own attorney now! I would give 0 stars if I could. Let me list all all the problems 1) Our sink is CONSTANTLY clogged. They keep saying it's our hair but that's not it. 2) Electric problems. As I'm writing this a neighbor on the first floor and our apartment are having electrical issues. 3) Leaks. Leaks leaks leaks. There is currently a leak over my son's crib. But supposedly they "fixed" it. 4) One maintenance man. This poor man is responsible for fixing all of the apartments and that's too much for one person ...

I've been living here since July 2019 they don't fix anything when you ask them to a month into me living in this apartment I found mold on the ceiling and my was leaking took them my very long time to come and fix it and bathroom have a wet smell to it but maintenance and he don't smell nothing something is wrong with him I guess he used to living in dirtiness please stay away from his dirty apartment it will not be dirty if they get rid of Maintenance I think and do better

Rat infested apartments, ceiling leak every day, roaches roaches roaches, this property reminds me of the movie joes apartment. I have been lovin at this apartment since June . When I say they don’t fix anything . I had to get LNi involved. And they still won’t fixes anything . Maintenance doesn’t do anything but complain . The bug problem and roaches are so bad. Don’t waste your money . Please stay away

You would think since it’s located in Mt Airy it would be a nice, well owned apartment complex.... WRONG!!!! Completely terrible! Maintance is trash! They don’t fix anything, they send you to court for no reason, the ceiling is always leaking. Do not waste your money. I wasted 4 years here until I got my credit up to move. I’d rather be homeless
