June 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI can’t wait to move out of this place. I give it 2 stars because at first it was nice, the units are exactly what you pay for. However, I’ve never in my life had a worse experience with a Maintanance crew in any place of business or in an apartment complex. They are completely useless. Things remain broken, they’re impossible to get a hold of, and even if your unit is leaking water to the point of filling up 4 coolers and a bucket. They don’t care. They put band aids on the problem until there’s ...a massive problem. It’s unbelievable how little they care. Sink loses pressure, no desire to fix it. Water leaks, “oh that can wait until Monday” that way you can spend your entire weekend doing their job and managing the leak. Our entire unit even flooded the entire living room, bedroom, closet, the light fixtures were literally full of water. All they did was come by and ask if we needed any furniture moved, then the next day, brought us fans that flipped the main breaker in our unit and made us lose power. I have never had so many water leaks in a unit before. As you can imagine, I am currently in one of these situations right now with the hot water heater leaking again for the 3rd time. I am completely disgusted with this place. If you can avoid it, please do. The property itself is nice, and the unit layouts are nice, the price isn’t bad, but if anything breaks, especially something major like a water line, you are absolutely screwed. I have photos and videos of all the events for proof. I am so angry right now, I am leaving this review to warn people of what may happen to them if they move here. If you move in and nothing breaks, probably a pleasant experience. But if you need the maintenance crew for serious issue, I wish you the bed of luck and all the patience in the world in dealing with it.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

A replacement water heater was ordered first thing Monday morning; however, the vendor experienced an unexpected delay in delivery, which unfortunately pushed the installation to Friday. We recognize how difficult that delay was, and we regret that the timeline was outside of our control. Throughout the week, our team communicated with you several times by phone to keep you updated on the status of the order, the vendor delay, and the installation schedule. We also provided access to another unit so you could have hot water while waiting for the replacement to arrive. Your feedback about maintenance responsiveness is taken seriously. The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff were generally polite, though not always quick to respond to maintenance requests. My unit was clean at move-in, but some appliances felt dated and required minor repairs during my stay. Noise levels varied depending on neighbors, and parking could be limited during ...peak hours. Amenities like the gym and pool were decent but not consistently maintained. Landscaping was kept up reasonably well, which helped the property feel welcoming. Rent was comparable to similar properties in the area, though annual increases were noticeable. While the complex met basic expectations for comfort and convenience, it did not exceed them.
