August 26, 2025very quiet and clean i love living here. move in process was easy, everyone in the leasing office was very helpful and nice. maintenance was nice and helpful but does take a while to come fix whatever is wrong with your apartment. my apartment was clean moving in and maintenance also helped moving things in & putting things together. they also changed whatever it was that needed to be replaced right then and there. parking is probably the worse ever. there are very little parking spots & 9/10 you ...will not have a spot AT ALL if you come home late.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025I've lived in Baton Rouge a long time, and Blu on the Boulevard has genuinely impressed me. From the first time I toured the complex, Kadi made the process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed to feel confident about signing my lease. But what really stood out was seeing Michelle out on a Sunday, personally cleaning up around the dumpster area. That’s the kind of commitment you don’t see every day. It shows she takes pride in the property ...and cares about how it looks for the residents. Working with both Kadi and Michelle has been an unexpectedly great experience. July 25, 2025Soon to be our first month at Blu at the Boulevard and it’s been nothing but great. Everyone is kind and respectful. A very quiet community truly a place I can call a solitude I really look forward to coming home. I am already a homebody so being here has made it even worse lol. But I love it! The staff is friendly from maintenance to the leasing office. Everyone is so chill! Kadi is the sweetest she’s been great with communication from moving in and now! Even when we toured her personality was ...so bubbly and welcoming where at other places we toured they were so formal and serious. Madison is nice as well as we encountered her over the phone month or so before we moved in for questions on her first day. She was open to any questions and was willing to ask others when she didn’t know. Excited to be here!Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2025I really like my apartment and the location, but I would like better neighbors. I do not want to hear rap music pounding through my walls and ceiling at all hours and I do not like their parking schemes (2 vehicles using the same reserved tag spot #). The trash dumpster area always looks gross and overflowing. Landscaping looks terrible. I have not had grass in my patio yard for over 3 years, even though I have made many requests.Property Manager Responded
