Tuve una amarga experiencia con el dueño del apartamento 104. El apartamento nunca tuvo aire en óptimas condiciones no podía bajarlo ni en 73 F se pasó todo el año que lo iba a cambiar y nunca lo cambio, tuve problemas por más de un mes con la corriente que no podía poner ni 2 hornillas del fogón, tuvimos que molestar al presidente de la asociación en varias ocasiones y en la noche. Cuando terminó mi año de contrato le entregué el apartamento pintado y limpio, aún así el día de la entrega me dice ...

q todo está ok y como a la semana mando un informe de supuestos daños en el apartamento y no me devolvió mi fondo. Así mismo en estos momentos lo tiene para rentarlo y diciendo que está recién remodelado OJO NO CAMBIO AIRE, no a remodelado nada prueba de eso lo entregue el 31 de octubre y la bañadera la va a entregar pintada pero al pasar de las semanas el esmalte gastado de lo viejo q está va a salir
