November 1, 2021El PEOR servicio de asociación que yo haya vivido, gente incompetente, el servicio de parqueadero es ridiculo, nunca hay disponibilidad ni si quiera para tu segundo carro, el servicio de celaduria igual, no anuncian a las personas y tienen un negocio redondo con los de las grúas de la ciudad, ah y no se diga las cucarachas en todo el condominio definitivamente No lo recomiendo, lo único bueno es la zona social super linda pero para todo hay que pagar, es un negocio redondo, y últimamente la ...seguridad no es la mejor, piénselo antes de mudarse, y si pueden pregunten con las personas que viven ahí, ah y por ultimo es ridiculo que haya que dique "reservar el elevador" para bajar una silla o si no te multan OJO.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Watch out with parking.
November 23, 2019I believe the security guards get commission for calling the towing company. So a casual Saturday you might get home at 6pm. All parking spaces will be taken (meaning visitors, loading zone, not parking zone, etc) and you’ll park in an empty spot or wherever, could be assigned to someone else, yes! Are you allowed to? No ! But at least they can have the security call you by your license plate because you live there, they have all the information about who’s car is whose. And you pay an incredible ...amounts of deposits and association fees, plus a yearly visitor parking pass that allows to park in a visitor parking space if there is space because you only have one parking space assigned per apartment. (yes, your visitors pay 5$ for 6 hrs of parking, so you might end up not getting a parking space at your own house) Long story short... 2 hours later your car will be gone. Instead of giving you a nice courtesy call. I understand we didn’t have space can you move the car now? No! But they rather call the towing truck company! Great place, if you speak Spanish..
August 13, 2015The building is very nice, its new, modern, the pool is great and the gym is decent. However the staff is inconsiderate, untimely and the security take their job to an annoying extreme and parking is a nightmare. My Pros are: Nice building, good amenities, nice proximity to the main highways and Miami international airport (you can see it across the lagoon from you). My Cons are: The staff, they're terrible. If you don't speak Spanish the staff is at best dismissive and at worst aggressively ...rude. The security guards don't speak English, and seem to almost go out of their way to use their non-existent authority to interfere with your day to day coming and going. The community has extremely strict rules on guests (they have to pay to enter, and cant spend the night without risking getting towed), the pool, gym, and loud music/noise/parties. Those rules would be great but they're not followed (if you explain to the security or staff in Spanish your situation they normally let you do whatever).
