July 21, 2015I have only lived in this building for a short amount of time, but I am already in love. When I wake up in the mornings and step onto my balcony I can see the bay to my right with the sun peeking its sleepy eyes over the horizon. It produces and orange glow that can be seen all the way north to the towering condos of Fort Lauderdale. As the day progresses, granted I am not spending it in the classroom listening to lectures on wound care or the biomechanical functions of the subtarsal joint, I ...might enjoy a dip in the sun-soaked 10th floor pool. Now, what makes this place so special, is that it is filled with beautiful women! Everywhere I look I see one stunning college grad after another. I think I have found paradise. Once the pool gets too hot to handle, I'll typically make my way over to the gym (which is even nicer than the local LA fitness). In the gym I hope to be asked to spot one of those women from earlier, but that hasn't happened yet. After a full day of activity, I would make my way back up to my apartment, walk back out on to the balcony and take a look to the left this time. Now, The sun has made its rounds and is dipping back over the western horizon. Shades of pink and purple and orange are jettisoned across the sky and I can't help but feel like I am exactly where I should be. I have only lived in this apartment for a week now, but it is safe to say that I feel like I have made a life-alteringly great decision.
