Disrespectful Management and Maintenance
August 6, 2017Don't waste your time. The maintenance is absolutely horrible. I lived on the 3rd floor of this building and the ceiling leaks when it rains for more than 2 hours. The landlord NEVER SENT ANYONE to fix it. The walls are extremely thin, if your neighbor is rummaging in their closit it sounds as if they're coming through. There are bedbugs in the floorboards. This was my first apartment and I had to leave my new furniture for fear of taking the bugs with me. Management is sneaky and "inspects" your ...apartment while you're at work. Because this building is across the street from a school I thought this was a good neighborhood. Believe it or not, there was a police said of one of the first floor apartments. So if you enjoy bedbugs, leaky ceilings, ear shreading sirens at 3am, and cokehead maintenance men this is definitely the place for you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
