Wouldn’t recommend
November 6, 2023The apartment wasn’t ready upon move-in since they were still fixing the lock. My dryer wasn’t working for a while afterwards. Maintenance is slow to address issues and says they completed work orders when they haven’t. Management is very unhelpful and rude when issues are brought to them. You can do better than this complex.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Do It to Yourself
August 16, 2023Not at all worth the cost of living here. Nothing gets fixed here unless you do it yourself and you won’t be reimbursed for what it costs you on top of rent. Pool is nasty all the time. Management is okay with unethically marking that maintenance requests are completed when nothing has been done. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

New management stay away
July 2, 2020The property which used to be a top notch apartment complex was bought by a huge corporation out of California. It took them 6 weeks to fix my air conditioner which broke again after 3 weeks. They are now trying to breach the terms of my lease contract by adding charges from an outside utility company. They never opened the pool. The once immaculate grounds are littered and drying up.Review from Apartments.com
Close to Cerner
October 4, 2018I started a new job at Cerner Innovations in September. I dont have a car yet here in KC but I can walk across the street to get to work. The pool is nice. The grounds are well kept.
