I’ve had a really great experience living at this apartment community. From the moment I moved in, the overall atmosphere has been welcoming, comfortable, and peaceful. The community is well maintained, and I appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the property clean and looking nice. My apartment has been a comfortable place to call home, and I really enjoy having a space where I can relax and feel secure. My experience can has been somewhat unsettling. My appliances keep breaking down. When I first moved there my son was treated like a criminal by the staff. I don’t find the staff members to be warm and inviting and they seem to change staff members quite frequently but the service doesn’t get any better. I find the staff can biased when it comes to dealing with people of color.

I love it here. Just moved in. Great security. Clean environment. Nice fountains. The community has been quiet, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff has been helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. We’ve had some bad experiences here in the last few months. The floor replacement was a horrible experience! We were told a certain thing would happen, and it was something totally unexpected. We contacted management and nothing was done about the situation. We are glad to be moving in a few weeks! The apartment is really nice and comfortable, and maintenance does a great job with handling repairs. Management needs to be a little more compassionate about residents unpleasant experiences.
