  • The property is poorly kept

    May 20, 2020
The management can’t keep employees the maintenance workers now have little to no knowledge on half the stuff they suppose to fix and these apartments have been here too long not to ever have been renovated. I’m currently living here and hate when I have to put in a work order I’m ready to leave tonight! This place sucks

  • Horrible

The management of this property is horrible. Now that the new company Amesbury has taken over they are even worse than the previous owners. Everyone in the office and even corporate office lie to tenants with no regrets.

Trust me when I tell you this is not the place for you! They never fix anything everyone in these apartments has something broke. And when you do get someone out what they will do is have a man by the name of Dwayne come and he will just flirt with your girlfriend and make her uncomfortable the lady in the office does nothing but say what she can't do and they raised my rent a hundred dollars because of the flood its trash everywhere in my the apartment complex also great area but bad apartments ...
find some where else to go!!! Beware

  • Getting Horrible

    June 30, 2016
These Apartments were great when Rachel was in the office but since the new lady Ronneka has been over these apartments it is horrible. She doesn't fix anything the office is always close and the maintenance man doesn't do anything. They are very rude! The outside of the buildings are disgusting they never keep up the property. I don't want to move because of the location but when September comes I will be doing just that. She ran these apartments in the ground.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
