Spacious and good price but awful management

The apartments are really nice and spacious and maintenance is really good about getting to requests in a timely manner. Walls are a bit thin and garbage disposal doesn't work, but my biggest complaint is that the landlord is NEVER there. I've lived here almost a year and seen him a total of 2 times. I got locked out of my apartment and called the landlord and no answer and he wasn't in his office during office hours so I was pretty much screwed. If you don't think you'll ever need to talk to the ...

Pros: -The apartments are really nice. -Great area. -I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath and I would say rent is a little steep. -Love the cathedral ceiling. Cons: -Water is not actually free. They charge you quarterly 60$ (20$ each month) per person on lease. -Communication is terrible. There is no direct contact to the maintenance that lives on-site. You have to contact the office personnel which is hard to do when the leave at 4pm when I'm getting home from work. -Washing machines cannot be run at the ...
