Great place to live

My husband and I lived at Bluestone Apartments for the past year while looking for permanent housing. The office staff was very receptive to solving any issues and maintenance requests were always solved within 24 hours if not sooner. The outside areas were maintained beautifully. I would definitely recommend Bluestone for apartment living.

Quiet and Spacious

This is a very comfortable place to live. The staff have always been helpful in the past year I’ve lived here. Every maintenance request has been handled the same day. The dog park is a nice size. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious with high ceilings. I would definitely recommend it.

Noisy Children

My complaint is with one aspect only. The children. If you are someone wanting to relax after a long day of work, look elsewhere to live. These parents around here let their kids run rampant and unsupervised. They run out into traffic without any parents around, they throw rocks at the walls of the apartments, they scream right outside my window, and they even ram into parked cars. Not to mention they leave their bikes and random other toys in parking spots or on the sidewalks. I've had them ...
leave their bikes right in front of my door. The managers NEED to do something to maintain order. Theres no reason that I cant have my windows open or simply relax because there are children screaming at the top if their lungs. It is also a serious safety issue because they run out in front of my truck almost every day. Staff needs to write up a memo for parents to at least supervise their children. There was one toddler running around with a pocket knife. It is out of hand and I shouldn't have to discipline everybody's kids just to get some quiet.

Pretty Complex with Great Staff

I've looked at the other complexes in the area before and after my move to Greenfield and found that this complex is ideal. The apartments themselves are kept in excellent shape (they put in new carpet and did a careful paint job before I moved in). The design is pleasing with lots of windows and modern counter tops, tiling, and cabinets. There are convenient amenities at the clubhouse including an outdoor pool, a little exercise room, and a coin-operated laundry room. It's great to be able to ...
run into the clubhouse to talk to the staff about any questions I have. They are professional and attentive. When I was having trouble with the dishwasher, they got me a new one within two or three weeks. The complex is set up well with a couple of ponds with fountains, some grassy areas set aside for dogs, and pretty landscaping. The location is great. There's minimal noise day and night, all the stores in Greenfield as well as I-70 are a short drive away.
