October 5, 2022If you want managers who never respond to emails and requests for fixes to issues that aren’t major to go ignored, boy is this the place for you. Also don’t forget that they will act like the contract you sign in the beginning is null and void, and somehow pages of original documents signed disappear. Best to keep an exact copy of everything you sign, because you will definitely need it. Make sure you check every little thing in the apartment too, because if you don’t have it fixed at move in ...they will charge you for it at move out. Not to mention the high rate of manager turnover, so the person you talk to one week could be gone the next. Don’t recommend, even in a bind.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The bluffs apartments
July 24, 2015I have been here for about 5 years. I have lived at another apartment complex. I really enjoy living here. The staff is great they take care of any issues that I have. They also take pride in the complex. It is nice that I am able to have my dog here. It is nice that we are close to banger tee to I am able to jump on the highway. Looking for a place to live
March 25, 2013I called The Bluffs during my recent search for my new home, the staff was VERY friendly and answered all of my questions. I have a large dog so we did not qualify for this particular community. I would have loved to check out the location but I didn't want to get rid of my dog.Review from Apartments.com
