I've been living at the Boardwalk by Windsor for approximately 9 months. I find that the customer service is excellent. Management and maintenance respond in a timely manner. The location is convenient - close to the freeway and BellaTerra but not overcome by BellaTerra traffic. I previously lived at the Residences (inside Bella Terra) but did not like how they treated me when I left or how they treated me when I re-applied a few years later. Boardwalk is much better.
