From my experience so far, the apartment community as a whole, have been courteous and friendly. The management team at the Boardwalk by Windsor is great! They are friendly, helpful and create ease if/when any situation arises. The location and amenities are what brought me to the community, the staff are what sealed the deal.

I've been living at the Boardwalk by Windsor for approximately 9 months. I find that the customer service is excellent. Management and maintenance respond in a timely manner. The location is convenient - close to the freeway and BellaTerra but not overcome by BellaTerra traffic. I previously lived at the Residences (inside Bella Terra) but did not like how they treated me when I left or how they treated me when I re-applied a few years later. Boardwalk is much better.
