Liked living here
November 18, 2024I liked living here a lot. Great location and very nice unit! Seemed a bit less expensive than the other places around Oak Park.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced
September 7, 2024Terrible & overpriced for the amount of rules they have. Also I was a few days late on rent not even the whole 5 day grace period & see a termination notice on my door. Cant wait for this one year lease to be done !Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
October 26, 2023No AC, no windows that can use box units, tiny unusable kitchens, ancient elevators that break for months at a time, roaches…geez what else am I missing. Oh yeah, all the windows in almost every unit face the same direction, so if they face north you get no sunlight ever, and if they face south your unit gets insanely hot in the summer. Worst of all was the recent increase in rent…you can get much better nearby for the same price or just a little more! Not worth it!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible!!
June 30, 2022Like the other review says, this building has a huge cockroach and mouse problem. No matter how spotlessly clean or minimalistic your apartment is, they will come in great numbers and make themselves at home. Couple that with crumbling interior infrastructure, little to no heat in the winter, and rain pouring down interior stairwells, this has got to be the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of living. Don’t forget- domestic incidents in the lobby, package thieves, and poor management. ...Oak Park PD is here so frequently, it would be easy to think they have an entire unit just for responding to calls at Bon Villa. The only redeeming quality to be found is the fabulous proximity to the heart of downtown Oak Park, as well as a nice sense of community amongst neighbors. Even so, I’m happy to finally say sayonara for good!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 19, 2020This building is infested with huge cockroaches and mice. I am so happy I moved. Save yourself the headache and do not live here!!Review from Apartments.com
