July 23, 2025This is a great place to live. When we've needed any maintenance, and that's been very little, the guys are here right away. The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. People are generally friendly here. July 11, 2025Security does absolutely NOTHING in this community. If you want to make a complaint. About anything pretty much, you have to call Security. Rent office management does nothing. I don't really think they care. I won't be renewing my lease. Neighbors can't park or try to be funny and take up room so you can't park. When taking a walk all you see and smell is dog poop. Drug heads will break in your car because Security doesn't do their job.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2024Studios don’t have dishwashers which is stressful and was falsely advertised. But everything else has been good, the homeless issue—having random people sleeping in buildings has improved.
