We are about to sign on for our 5th year so needless to say, we love it here! Quiet neighborhood, our neighbors are friendly, we look out for eachother when packages are left etc. Office and maintenance staff here are friendly and they're always quick to respond for any issues.

This is a great place to live. When we've needed any maintenance, and that's been very little, the guys are here right away. The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. People are generally friendly here. We came from Illinois, and are happy to be here at Bondale.

Security does absolutely NOTHING in this community. If you want to make a complaint. About anything pretty much, you have to call Security. Rent office management does nothing. I don't really think they care. I won't be renewing my lease. Neighbors can't park or try to be funny and take up room so you can't park. When taking a walk all you see and smell is dog poop. Drug heads will break in your car because Security doesn't do their job.
