Location, location, location
October 11, 2015This building is in the perfect location. Right near the express train, tons of food options, and close enough to head over to Central Park or Riverside for a run. The building staff is really nice and helpful and I love that I can get to work quickly on the train in the mornings.Review from Apartments.com
Great size, no finishes!
August 13, 2015My apartment is big for New York standards, however it was renovated in the 80's. Unfortunately, that was not a good time for kitchen and bathroom design. Every piece of molding is broken, gone, chipped, and painted over in every room. Nothing has symmetry .The living room, which is now my bedroom, faces a light well so there is no sun. The radiators go on for 15 minutes, and being on the top floor, that gives us 5 minutes of heat. The hall by the elevator is filthy, the 'doormen' sit all day and ...have never opened a door.What I want is my own bathroom, I have a child with autism and quite honestly, I am so tired of her mess's. I'd like a kitchen where a person can cut vegetables while another is at the sink. Where cupboards are normal height and depth. I'd like to see sunsets. Nice Space
August 14, 2015This apartment has wonderful wood floors, high ceilings and large rooms. I look out the window, and being on the top floor, I see the tops of buildings and sunsets. We are 2 blocks from the local and express subway, the area has many restaurants and they all deliver! There is a farmer's market, Whole Foods, Home Goods and numerous boutiques-all sandwiched between Central Park and Riverside Park!Review from Apartments.com
