Horrible experience with new management
January 20, 2023I have lived here 5 years. Enjoyed living here until new property management took over. They advertise on here package acceptance, they do not. Will nickel and dime you just to make money, not because anything was updated. Maintenance requests repeatedly ignored. My unit has serious mold problems, multiple requests and emails ignored. Don't let the pictures or employees fool you! What you see and hear is only surface level. I wish I could share everything. You would run the other way if you ...knew!Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2020Prepared to have roaches, get towed, and smell pot every night. - This property will tow any car the chance they get. - They'll lock you online account so you cant pay rent and get a crazy late few - Pest control is terrible. - Pet friendly, but salt maintenance uses is toxic. Bad neighbors
November 25, 2019Quiet place that is always clean. However, it is located next to a separate property with a high crime rate. Due to this, there are always random cars in our the parking lot for a short period of time. Recently, my car was parked in our parking lot right next to the main road/entrance/mailboxes and my catalytic converter was cut off and stolen. Boulder court "doesn't have the budget for cameras and doesn't have that many issues with crime". However, when discussed at a recent get together with ...the other tenants, we found out there have been multiple break ins to both cars AND our personal garages. When brought up to management they said, "well we haven't had any in a few months". My vehicle is now totalled and nothing can be done because we have no leads due to no cameras. Office was apologetic, but this does not help my situation. I now am afraid my vehicle will be vandalized again. I thought this was a good place to live but I am counting down the days till our lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Affordable, Fantastic Neighborhood
August 23, 2015I lived at this complex for 5 years before a personal situation caused me to temporarily move out. After coming back, I realized how much I missed the place & how great it truly is. Not only is the price-space the best I've seen in the general area, but the staff couldn't be nicer. I haven't had a single issue that wasn't fixed extremely fast, usually the same day. The pool and weight room are excellent. Another plus is that you don't need to go very far for anything. From shopping at either the ...new outlet mall or MoA, to films at the local movie theater, everything you could possibly need is within a 5 minute drive. There's also some lovely trails if you enjoy the outside. Finally, the other residents couldn't be friendlier. If you're looking for a nice family environment, look no further.
