Lived here for years with little problem
May 19, 2021Reading some of the review I don't recognize the place they describe. We have lived here for years and the grounds are kept mowed and the shrubbery trimmed and nicely watered and the trees nice and healthy. Management has always been responsive to our needs and responded quickly. For several years our rent remained the same. Since then there have been increases but nothing too drastic. We have had thermostat upgrades inside and new paint and re-siding outside The insulation isn't great and ...the wall are a little thin, but still very liveable. The only time there is a trash problem is when residents overfill the communal trash bins but that is not management's fault. Trash is picked up at least once a week sometimes twice. The exercise room was better when we moved but overall I love the location. So many places are within walking distance and the view from my kitchen window is a pretty tree-filled quad. ROACH INFESTED!!! STAY AWAY!!!
November 4, 2020Shady management, hides issues and wants you to sign papers BEFORE you see the apartment. Do not waste your time with this place. It is the worst kept property I've ever seen. Luxury price for a not so luxury accommodations
January 8, 2016I gave 2 stars because these apartments have several layouts they can fit different needs but are just to expensive. I walked the grounds and it seemed a bit trashy. The wash rooms looked ran down and they could probably need an upgrade. There was trash all over the ground and spilling out onto the street from the dumpster. I got to speak to a few people who live there and they said, there's a spider problem and water bug problem. They also said their rent goes up every year, which is not good. ...I wasn't able to see the fitness room but I was told most of the equipment is broken and haven't worked in years. On this site you can see the fitness room in 3D and take a tour and it looks trashy and run down. They do have security gates for drivers but anyone can walk in, there are no locks on the entrance doors or on the laundry rooms. Overall, I think they are ripping off the people who live there. Boulder Springs Apartments
July 31, 2015Boulder Springs Apartments are a huge apartments conveniently located in a good area for shopping there is Walmart,Dollar stores, Winco, Costco, Food Max,The Grocery outlet, so many restaurants, Ross, D,D's, Target, different banks there is so much in the area it is very convenient. The apartments them selves are ok they are older apartments so keep that in mind there are garages and there is a pool, tennis court one thing that I don't care for is they make you pay for your mail box so I just got ...a po.box instead it was cheaper.
