Was here in 2021. Lived there for half the year. Problems from cabinet falling off, old broken dishwasher..caught 14 mouse with my money. Then thermostat broke around the same time my family got covid...the heat would blast hot and id have to open windows my kids got sicker caused us to lose time from work making us late on rent by almost a month. I Explained that thermostat has not been working for weeks and we had cocoa. She said I never said that and I did. Where I messed up I should a had a ...
paper trail. They thwn put in motion to evict us. While I get it I thought this place heartless and all about money.. if you are struggling at all this isn't the place. They didn't even care we were recovering and due to thermostat being broken that made us worse. (It was broken for 3 weeks....so do the math.) That meant lots of sick days. Missing money..

This is my first time living on my own and I really like it here. The neighbors are nice, it's really quiet here especially for a busy road, and the maintenance crew is very fast when it snows and when you need something fixed. I'm only a few minutes for everything I need. And my dog loves it here.

This place is horrible, I will not renew my lease. The hot water keeps not working, they never respond to tenant complaints. But they are good at reminding you when your rent is due.

I went to the open house this past Thursday. Tara was very professional and went out of her way to show me a couple different apartments and complexes. She was very thorough and explained all features of the apartment and complex. She was fantastic. I had a pleasant open house tour. Beautiful apartments and grounds. It is a nice area. If I could I would give over 5 stars if that was an option.

The staff and residents of Bradford Commons are very friendly and polite. The staff are very responsive to any concerns and although it is an older complex, the buildings and apartments are well maintained. Pets are welcomed which is the primary reason why I chose to live here.
There are some downsides to be aware of though. There are several extra fees such as trash removal and water, and of course monthly pet rents. Lease renewals tend to result in considerably higher monthly rents, actually ...
more per month than offers for new tenants. Although everyone is very friendly, not everyone is as courteous as one might hope with picking up after their dogs in a timely manner.
