Horrible building & management
May 13, 2025The building is VERY poorly managed and taken care of. Everything is falling apart or needs constant repairs, even basic maintenance or structural (ever had a wall FALL off your room?!). And what’s worse is the company/landlord wants to charge us extra money every month for the “free and included” amenities they promise all prospective tenants. So now we’re battling poor housing and having to pay more money for our own repairs that management is too cheap to pay for themselves. Poor Construction, High Bills, and Endless Drama
January 10, 2025Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. While the location might be convenient for some, the poor construction, constant issues, and lack of care for residents make it impossible to justify the cost. The apartments are extremely poorly built. There are gaps under the wall trimmings where dust, dirt, and bugs easily get in. The cheap vinyl flooring is so badly cut that you can see underneath kitchen appliances. The building design is awkward, with apartments ...shoved together and facing the wrong way, so most units get little to no sunlight. The window insulation is terrible, driving up utility bills, and the bathrooms are a mess. Toilets clog constantly, even with just toilet paper, and the showers are poorly built, with gaps in the grout and flooring. The laundry situation is another issue. The laundry room is outside, and residents regularly argue over access to the machines. The owner prioritizes money over resident satisfaction or even basic building standards. Instead of addressing problems, they hire a new management company every year, and each is worse than the last. The owner clearly doesn’t care about maintaining the property or making this a decent place to live...they only care about profit. And then there’s the neighbor situation. Most people mind their own business and stay cordial, but there’s one long-term male resident who takes nosiness and entitlement regarding the building and its facilities to a whole new level. Management does little about it, and frankly, they seem to avoid dealing with him altogether (like the rest of us). Unless you’re desperate for the location, I wouldn’t recommend living here. Paradise for my dog and I
May 30, 2024I might have to move out soon but it’s not at the fault of the management. If I could continue to afford to live here, I wouldn’t see why I would move anywhere else. The patio area is a great spot for my dog and I to catch some rays. The neighbors are super friendly or mind their own business which I don’t mind. Pest control comes every month as does whoever does upkeep for the locks. Maintenance comes quickly and the washers and dryers work spectacularly. Best landlord, odd parking
September 24, 2015Been here about a year and so far no problems. The guy who manages the apartments is very friendly, helpful, and responsible. The parking is a bit odd, being situated on a hill, so low riding cars may scrape their undersides. The building itself is in good condition, and any repairs or maintenance is always handled quickly. It's an easy walk to the farmer's market and many restaurants, and the area is remarkably quiet. I go on walks every night and have never felt unsafe.Review from Apartments.com
