Great Location!
May 27, 2016Branchwater Villas is a quiet apartment community with a great location! It is right off of the loop and 4th street! This is a great location for me because I attend Tech, and it is just a 7 minute drive to campus. Citibus also picks up in front of the apartments. They also have a dog park which is not so common in apartments. Staff and maintenance is really friendly, and they always do everything they can to make sure that you are happy living here.
