Amazing Management and location
October 9, 2018I have lived her for a year and my apartment is lovely. Scott, the apartment manager ,is so friendly and funny and ALWAYS just a call away if you need anything. Walking distance to Kroger and the bus line. They spray for bugs once a month just to be safe but bugs aren't an issue anyhow. Many people are long time residents and just like to enjoy their peace. I definitely recommend this complex. I'm only moving to be closer to work but I will definitely be emotional when I leave!Review from Apartments.com
the perfect apartment
September 28, 2016We have lived here for 3 yrs now. The apt has plenty of room for entertaining guests or just hanging out with the family. Our neighbors are friendly and everyone seems to get along well. My husband is disabled so one of the teenagers in the building checks up on him while I'm at work and helps with carrying groceries or taking out the garbage. There's no playground for the kids but they spend most of the summer in the pool anyway so that makes up for it. The pool is always kept clean and is a ...great place to get to know the neighbors. There's also a grilling area near by in case u get hungry while you're out there. :-) The bedrooms are just the right size and I love my walk in closet. PET FRIENDLY and almost everyone here has some kind of K9 in their family. All of which are friendly and loving. BUG FREE...it's very hard to find a place without some sort of creepy crawlers these..look no further! It is the PERFECT apartment and rent is VERY reasonable. Cozy and laid back
September 8, 2015I have lived here for about one year. The atmosphere is a nice and quiet, and in a nice location. Just a short walk (to Beechmont Ave) to the Mt. Washington Kroger, Metro bus (route 24) stops, Stanbury Park, Public Library a few banks and a few restaurants. My winter there (2014-2015) was comfortable. The heat in my apartment was more than adequate. The super in my building has been reliable and definitely on his toes. Last winter the parking areas and walkways were promptly treated well.
