October 29, 2024Staffing does nothing unless you are on top them of them to get simple task done. In the end the task are done very poorly. Office lady and maintenance lack accountability at all cost. Considered non smoking yet so many people smoke and others have to deal with it. When chatting with other neighbors, we all share the same issues.Property Manager Responded
February 28, 2025We do our best to address maintenance requests in a timely manner. We are not a non-smoking property, nor are we marketed as such. Although we do not allow our tenants to smoke indoors, they are allowed to smoke outside if they so choose.
