I have lived here for around 2 years now. The grounds are always well maintained, and all public areas kept clean and working. Management is friendly and responsive, and all maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. Best place around.

No pool going on two years!

Advertising pool but NO POOL ALMOST TWO YEARS!!!!!

I've lived in the Brazoswood Apartments for a year and I can honestly saw that I love being a resident!! The grounds are well kept, management is outstanding and it's in a great location. There are several amenities offered such as a sparkling swimming pool, exercise room, laundry room and an after school/summer program for the kids where activities, snack and interactions are provided in a safe and nurturing environment.
