December 6, 2018Smart land had done outstanding renovations both interior and exterior they have installed waterproof vinyl flooring redone our parking lot and several renovation including a pet park and nice interior morals pictures of Cleveland's downtown in the hallways... Promising changes with the new ownership
November 7, 2018I had to move out from Breakwater Tower due to relocation. But if I ever move back to Cleveland - Breakwater Tower is the place I would like to move into. They just started to renovate that place, built a dog park, changed the front entrance, added new flooring.... After talking to one of the crew guys I learned that they are going to renovate each unit and add all kinds of awesome amenities... Located only 10 min away from downtown, and being 2-3 times cheaper than most apartments at ...downtown...
