I have lived here since 2005, for 10 years. I would not live here for 10 years if what the comments below were true. There are some tenants who end up in eviction for non payment of rent, and try to retaliate. As for the manager, she is very nice and quite accomidating. If we need to get something fixed or taken care of, we fill out a work order and usually with in the week it gets fixed. These apartments are very large, big 4 bedroom, enough for my big family. We are very happy here.

Our apartments is invested with roaches and I have seen rats and we pay $1,150 and also our cabinets are broken the first day we mov in also our power keeps going off we called Edison and Edison has said that it's the apartments the manger is very rude and does not do any changes to the apartments also the owners don't do anything either also the pool is down and it sticks when they clean it and the barley clean it these apartments are very filthy I consider that no one lives here.

The apartment complex is nice on the outside, the pool needs to be clean , the maintenance needs to get to the work orders asap though.
