The nastiest manager with no class
March 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI've never seen a manager that has no class like the one at the Brent Place. You go to apply for an apartment and your asked do you have an appointment. Then what comes out of the back office. Is a non classy human with pink hair and dressed like a street rat. Who disrespects the tenants. No one should rent from that place. A mouse ran down the hall. And the building is not a very safe environment for families because we have homeless people living in the lobby doing drugs in the stairwell, and unauthorized pets using the bathroom everywhere elevator included!! Very nosey neighbors. Moved in a new unit and closet door broke within the 1st month and 3 months now its still not fixed. Squat team is always running into someone apartment. Alexandria police basically lives here and still building is terrible!
