The worst apartment ever
June 28, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comCan not keep a property manager. If a property manager is there , they are either on lunch break or just don’t feel like going to work. They lose all paperwork. Water bill is very high due to sewage and if you don’t pay water bill you will be evicted or you will pay legal fees , court fees every time(not for rent) Maitnence do try there best. This property treat you like you owe them and will do things on there term. Apartment are falling apart. The foundation are horrible. You can hear people ...go up the steps in other apartments. Laundry machine are always broke. Mice get in your apartment and when you complain they tell you to get a trap from Walmart. Don’t move to this propertyRead More
Decent Place to call home
October 5, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been residing in Brentwood Forest for about four years. I have no complaints. Any issue that I had a problem with was quickly resolved via maintenance. You can't beat a two bedroom town house with two bathrooms for this price and size.
