Very unprofessional! The manager in the front actually had her assistant bring the keys and quit the day I was filling out my application. I went all over town to get everything she needed and still didn’t get the apartment. She had me thinking I was about to move in then she stopped responding to phone calls stating she had been so busy. I even emailed corporate and that’s the only reason she returned my call,awful! I returned to get all of my paperwork with important information on it and let ...

The most ridiculous application process ever! I went in one week to complete my application, the lady that helped was helpful but she lied to me. She told me I would hear from her the next day or Monday. I never heard from her! I called and even went to the office. I called the corporate office and still nothing. At the point I’m worried that my information was compromised. I might even go the extra step to protect my identity at this point. I’m smh head on this! Wasted time, money and energy. ...
