Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star
April 11, 2024Very unprofessional! The manager in the front actually had her assistant bring the keys and quit the day I was filling out my application. I went all over town to get everything she needed and still didn’t get the apartment. She had me thinking I was about to move in then she stopped responding to phone calls stating she had been so busy. I even emailed corporate and that’s the only reason she returned my call,awful! I returned to get all of my paperwork with important information on it and let ...her keep the little application fee. Terrible communication!!!Property Manager Responded

We hate to hear about your recent experience and want to ensure you are aware that Brentwood Landing, just like other apartment communities have policies and procedures that we must follow to make sure we provide the best community for our residents. If for some reason you were not approved, that is not a decision that is made by the manager or even corporate...it is solely based on the background checks, rental and credit history and we must abide by those guidelines. Negative zero
February 3, 2024The most ridiculous application process ever! I went in one week to complete my application, the lady that helped was helpful but she lied to me. She told me I would hear from her the next day or Monday. I never heard from her! I called and even went to the office. I called the corporate office and still nothing. At the point I’m worried that my information was compromised. I might even go the extra step to protect my identity at this point. I’m smh head on this!
