Best Experience Ever
August 2, 2015This has got to be the best complex that I've ever lived. Brentwood Park offers a 3-level 2 bedroom living space that accommodates my needs. I looked at various complexes for 3 months all over the Twin Cities before finding this gem. Not only is the rent super affordable for a mother of 2 small children but the area is safe and central. My daughter's school is right across the street and shopping areas are within a 5 minute drive on Highway 7. There's a security team that monitors the grounds ...night and day. There's also plenty of light on and around the townhouses which contribute to a safe environment. The office staff is professional and friendly. I never had any issues and they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I experienced an issue with my air conditioning unit where it stopped working for whatever reason. I called the emergency line on the weekend and a technician came right out to inspect. The unit was fixed within a couple days. My townhouse was clean when I moved in and I've not had to worry about critters due to negligence. The complex has a team of people who maintain the grounds and parking lots.
