Communication challenges

Management could use some training in interacting with seniors. There have been multiple managers over the time I have lived there and they all have room for improvement with communication. The current managmenet has told multiple senior citizens "if you don't like it here, you can always move". The reality of a senior being able to move to another apartment is unattainable for most. The power they flaunt and abuse is something to consider before moving here.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I plan on staying for a long time. My apartment is beautiful with many amenities plus a gorgeous view. People are very friendly and lots of activities. It is the best value in this lovely neighborhood. Close to all kinds of shopping.
